On Monday, January 22, 2024, the official opening of the Training for Data Collection Officers for the National Socioeconomic Survey (SUSENAS) and Integrated Household Survey (SERUTI) March 2024 in Solok Selatan Regency took place at Hotel Pesona Alam Sangir. The opening event was graced by the presence of the Head of BPS Solok Selatan Regency, Mr. Abdul Razi, S.Si, who also officially inaugurated the program.
This training will be facilitated by the National Instructor, Nadya El-Khair, SST. The first wave of this training, taking place from January 22-23, 2024, for SUSENAS officers and from January 22-24, 2024, for SUSENAS-SERUTI officers, aims to provide a deep understanding of survey methodologies and the technical skills required for accurate and credible data collection.
In his address, Mr. Abdul Razi, S.Si, emphasized the crucial role of data collection officers in gathering accurate information for national development and policy planning. He expressed his hope that the training participants would master their tasks and make positive contributions during the implementation of SUSENAS and SERUTI this year.
This training marks the initial step in comprehensive preparation for the implementation of SUSENAS and SERUTI in 2024. With full support from BPS Solok Selatan Regency and guidance from the National Instructor, it is expected that the officers will carry out their duties effectively, producing accurate data to support national development planning.
