EPSS 2024 PREPARATION MEETING

On March 6, 2024, at the Auditorium of the BPS Solok Selatan Regency Office, a Preparation Meeting for the Evaluation of Sectoral Statistics Implementation (EPSS) for the year 2024 was held. The meeting was chaired by the Head of BPS Solok Selatan Regency, Mr. Abdul Razi, S.Si, with Mr. Ekowira Susilo, SST., M.E.K.K, serving as the Chair of the Sectoral Statistics Team. Attending the meeting were the Sectoral Statistics Implementation Team of BPS Solok Selatan Regency, the Department of Communication and Informatics, the Department of Health, and the Department of Population and Civil Registration.

Also present at the meeting were the Head of the Department of Communication and Informatics Solok Selatan Regency, Mr. Firdaus Firman, S.IP., M.E., and the Head of the Department of Population and Civil Registration Solok Selatan Regency, Mr. H. Hamudis, S.Pd., M.M.

The meeting discussed the evaluation of Sectoral Statistics Implementation in the year 2023 and aimed to achieve a "Good" rating on the Statistical Development Index (IPS) in the upcoming year of 2024. The IPS of Solok Selatan Regency in the previous year was rated as "Sufficient" with a score of 1.98, and it ranked third in the West Sumatra Province.
