On April 29-30, 2024, the BPS Statistics of Solok Selatan Regency held a Training for Field Officers of Village Potential Census (PODES) 2024 with Regional Instructor (INDA), namely Nadya El-Khair, SST.

By the way, what is Village Potential Census?🧐

Village Potential Census (PODES) is a census conducted to assess the availability of infrastructure and potential within each administrative area at the village/sub-district, district, and city/regency levels throughout Indonesia. Currently, the census is conducted at the sub-district level, commonly known as Nagari.

The purpose of this census is to generate data for regional development needs, provide data on regional potential, availability of infrastructure/facilities, and socio-economic conditions in each Nagari in Solok Selatan Regency.
