Ensuring Accurate Data, BPS Solok Selatan Regency Conducts SE2026 Field Sweeping Briefing

To ensure that the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026) is implemented optimally and that all business units are comprehensively covered, BPS Solok Selatan Regency conducted a field sweeping briefing led by the Head of BPS Solok Selatan Regency, Roby, SST.

The activity was carried out as part of efforts to monitor and control the quality of SE2026 data collection in the field. Through this briefing, BPS Solok Selatan Regency staff and several partners who would subsequently conduct the field sweeping were provided with guidance and reinforcement regarding the implementation of the activity. The briefing also aimed to ensure that every stage of the activity was carried out in accordance with the established procedures.

Following the briefing, field sweeping activities were conducted to ensure that no households were missed during the data collection process. This activity is an important step in maintaining complete coverage, as the success of SE2026 depends greatly on the ability to record all economic activities and households within the scope of the census.
