Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) as a public service institution thatprovide statistical data and information always want to provide servicesexcellent for consumers. BPS always tries to pay attention to consumer needs for the quality of data and services provided by BPS. Therefore, a Data Needs Survey (SKD) was held to identify the need for statistical data and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services.
