Knowledge Sharing on SAKERNAS Data Processing with SPSS

BPS-Statistics Solok Selatan Regency once again organized a knowledge-sharing activity to enhance employee competencies. This time, the focus was on processing National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) data using the SPSS application. The session was led by Viana Mei Reistiani, S.Tr.Stat.

The knowledge-sharing session began with an overview of the key indicators from the SAKERNAS results, such as the unemployment rate, labor force participation rate, and other relevant indicators.

Next, techniques for data tabulation using SPSS were introduced, including practical steps for generating tables and appropriate analyses.

In closing, Viana also provided a detailed explanation of calculating the Relative Standard Error (RSE), which is essential for assessing the accuracy of survey data.

Through this activity, it is hoped that all employees of BPS-Statistics Solok Selatan will become more skilled in processing and analyzing survey data, enabling them to provide higher-quality analytical results to support data-driven policy decisions.
